The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, professional appearance, and excellent customer service skills to provide a high-quality dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on guests regularly Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints politely Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times Requirements Nationality: Filipino Location: Must be currently in Saudi Arabia (local hiring only) Proven experience as a waiter or in a similar role (preferred) Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Presentable, well-groomed, and professional demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Valid and transferable Iqama Preferred Qualities Positive attitude and team player Customer-focused mindset Energetic and attentive to details Benefits Competitive salary (to be discussed) Accommodation and transportation (if provided) Medical insurance as per Saudi labor law Career growth opportunities
