Job description
The Paint Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Paint & Body Department, ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This position provides leadership, coaching, and performance management for the Paint & Body team while coordinating workflow, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer, company, and regulatory requirements.
The Paint & Body Supervisor serves as a technical resource for the team and may assist with repairs as needed.
