The Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Instructor prepares and delivers classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction for nurse aide students using the Indiana Department of Health–approved curriculum. This role develops course materials, evaluates student performance, maintains required records, and promotes an engaging, supportive learning environment while ensuring compliance with applicable educational and healthcare standards.
