Director of Enterprise Project Management Office

The Director of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) is responsible for establishing, leading, and governing a centralized EPMO that drives execution discipline, prioritization, and value realization across the organization. This role ensures that strategic initiatives, operational programs, and technology investments are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to private equity value-creation objectives.

This is a senior leadership role, not an administrative PMO. The Director is accountable for enterprise delivery outcomes, portfolio transparency, and executive decision support. The ideal candidate brings a consulting-trained mindset or prior enterprise PMO leadership experience.
