Spang & Company has an opening for a Chief Financial Officer at its corporate office in Pittsburgh, PA. This position will be responsible for the strategic planning, leadership, implementation, and management of all financial activities of the company, working directly with the senior leadership team on business planning, forecasting, financial negotiations, risk management, and long-term financial strategy.
This position will provide executive oversight of accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, cash management, budgeting, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and financial systems to support sound decision-making and maximize financial performance.
