Job description
Under general supervision of Manager/Supervisor, performs advanced hands-on troubleshooting, repair, testing, and validation of Power products while providing day-to-day direction and coordination for a repair group. Balances technical repair responsibilities with production guidance to help management ensure repair output, quality, delivery, safety, and continuous improvement objectives are achieved. Serves as the primary shop floor resource for workflow operation, labor and inventory coordination, employee guidance, and implementation of CIP initiatives.
Time Allocation: Approximately 70–80% hands-on technical work and 20–30% team direction and coordination.
