Key Skills & Experience Required
- Solution Design & Problem Solving Understand client requirements and translate them into customized solutions. Configure existing web-based products to address specific business needs. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demo & Proof of Concept (PoC) Setup Create and manage demo environments for prospects. Configure trial and PoC instances aligned with client use cases. Ensure technical setups are stable, functional, and showcase product value.
- Technical Skills SQL (Strong Requirement) Writing complex queries Data analysis and reporting Extracting and validating business data JavaScript (Preferred) Basic customizations Integrations and scripting
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with: Sales teams Product managers Engineering teams Act as a bridge between business requirements and technical implementation.
- Client-Facing Experience Participate in client meetings, demos, and discovery sessions. Understand client objectives and translate them into technical solutions. Support the sales cycle from a technical perspective.
- Private Credit Domain Knowledge Knowledge of private credit asset classes such as: ABL (Asset-Based Lending) CRE (Commercial Real Estate) PL (Portfolio Loans / Private Lending) NPL (Non-Performing Loans) CLO (Collateralize Loan Obligations) MM (Middle Market Lending)
- Pre-Sales Consulting Experience (Preferred) Experience conducting product demos. Managing PoCs. Supporting sales teams in winning new business. Solution consulting or sales engineering background.
Requirements
Key Requirements Experience 2–4 years of experience in a similar role within the Finance, Technology, or Consulting sectors. Technical Skills Strong command of SQL for querying, reporting, and data manipulation. Basic knowledge of JavaScript for customization and integrations is a plus. Finance Knowledge Solid understanding of the Private Credit Market and related asset classes, including: Asset-Based Lending (ABL) Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Private Lending (PL) Non-Performing Loans (NPL) Collateralize Loan Obligations (CLO) Middle Market Lending (MM) Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to explain complex technical and financial concepts in a clear, concise, and client-friendly manner. Problem-Solving Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to design, recommend, and implement effective solutions that address client requirements within defined timelines. Collaboration Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Engineering, to deliver customized client solutions.
Educational Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. MBA in Finance is preferred. Prior experience as a Consultant or Business Analyst is highly desirable.
