Job description
The primary role of the Manufacturing Quality Engineer is to provide support, guidance, and leadership related to quality assurance, quality control, and quality improvements with the objective for Steffes to be the company of choice. This includes, but is not limited to, the evaluation of procedures, processes, standards, and specifications.
They work closely with customers, suppliers, and other departments to create, revise, maintain, and improve production and administrative systems pertaining to the quality of products and Steffes’ Quality Management System (QMS). The Quality Engineer may also serve as a technical resource or subject matter expert in their assigned areas.
