Inside Sales Representative

Under the direction of the Inside Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Representative will work cooperatively with outside sales and other members of the distribution team to grow existing customers, create new customers and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas at the appropriate gross margin while increasing customer satisfaction.

This position will support RFMW based out of San Jose, California. This position can be based out of our San Jose office or could accommodate someone working remotely in other geographies within the United States.
