Job description
ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking an accomplished Asset management, IT, Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Manager to lead Agivant's enterprise IT backbone — spanning cloud, data center, network, and cybersecurity. This is a high-impact leadership role demanding equal parts strategic vision and operational accountability, with measurable ownership across infrastructure availability, information security, asset lifecycle, and client-facing IT governance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Asset Lifecycle & License Optimization Asset planning, procurement, repair and tracking. Maintain full hardware and software asset lifecycle visibility via a centralized ITAM system; ensure zero billing-hour loss due to asset delays. Conduct regular license audits to reduce unused software spend; ensure certified, compliant disposal of all EOL hardware.
Infrastructure & IT Operations Maintain 99.9% infrastructure uptime through proactive monitoring, HA design, and robust incident response. Life cycle management for desktop and cloud SaaS applications like Office 365, Zoho etc. with regular patches/upgrades/feature releases and license management. Automate service desk, access provisioning, alerting, patching, and IT policy enforcement; enforce SLAs for all IT requests.
Own Backup & Disaster Recovery readiness with regularly tested RTO/RPO targets. Lead 24x7 operations with ITIL-aligned processes to minimize MTTR and unplanned downtime. Cybersecurity & Compliance Execute enterprise cybersecurity strategy across network, endpoint, identity, and data protection layers. Own audit, assessment, and certification renewal cycles for ISO 27001/BS 7799, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, and NIST.
Awareness of data protection requirements such as CCPA/GDPR/DPDP. Drive DLP controls to prevent unauthorized software usage and content/data leakage; ensure zero Critical/High vulnerabilities remain unresolved beyond 15 days. Prevent unauthorized usage of software, content leakage, shadow AI. Information security compliance for the entire workforce on a regular and continuous basis.
Mandate and track 100% workforce Info. Sec certification completion across the organization. Client-Facing IT Governance Conduct bi-monthly compliance audits for all client-issued laptops and lead migration to a centralized digital vault. Ensure onboarding-offboarding asset recovery within 48 hours; actively contribute to client RFPs on Info.
Sec. Cloud Architecture & Emerging Tech Own cloud architecture roadmap across AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments; drive migrations with optimized TCO. Lead DC/DR planning, HA, and BCP; champion DevOps, Kubernetes, and AI/ML-powered IT automation. Liaison with tech vendors for appropriate hardware/software necessary for optimal functioning of the business and continuous improvement in reducing cost through governance, integrity, and best practices Requirements WHAT YOU BRING Must-Haves 10–15 years in Enterprise IT, Asset Management, Cloud Architecture, and Cybersecurity; 5+ years in a leadership role.
Hands-on expertise in managing cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), desktops, devices, and network. Proven experience with SOC, SIEM, VAPT, incident response, DLP, and ITAM programs. Track record of client-facing compliance audits, RFP support, and DR/BCP implementation. Strong Information Security Strategy and program management capability across large vendor ecosystems.
Nice to Have
CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, AWS Solutions Architect, PMP, ITIL v4, CCNP, Fortinet NSE 4–6. Experience with VMware HA/DRS/SRM, vROPS, vRA, and modern observability platforms. Background in IT services organization.
