Nurse Practitioner | Orthopedic Spine | Bonus Production | No Call | North Central Florida

MUST HAVE MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXP. IN NEURO/SPINE Healthcare United is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join an established and growing spine-focused practice in Gainesville, Florida. • Provide patient care in a high volume spine focused outpatient clinic
• See 20 or more patients per day including consults follow ups and post procedure visits
• Prepare patients for injections and surgical procedures
• Assist with procedures or surgical cases if desired
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver comprehensive spine care
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Educate patients on treatment plans and recovery expectations
• Participate in a fast paced team oriented environment Requirements
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner
• Eligible for Florida medical license
• Interest or experience in spine neurosurgery or orthopedic care
• New graduates with strong clinical rotations encouraged to apply
• Ability to manage patient volume efficiently

• Quarterly bonus at 10 percent of collections above patient threshold
