Job description
Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, coordinates all Sample Room activities to ensure customer sample orders are accurately processed, fulfilled, and shipped on time. This position is responsible for all aspects of sample order fulfillment, inventory monitoring, customer communication, shipping coordination, and administrative recordkeeping.
The Sample Room Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for Sample Room operations while maintaining quality, accuracy, and customer service standards. Performs other duties as required.
