Our Team, Your Impact How You’ll Spend Your Day Plan, schedule, and monitor laboratory testing activities to ensure timely execution of analytical testing and sample release. Manage laboratory workload and priorities based on production schedules, stability programs, validation activities, investigations, and business needs.

Coordinate sample flow and testing timelines across QC laboratories. Track and report laboratory performance indicators, including turnaround times, backlog, and adherence to testing schedules. Collaborate with laboratory managers and team leaders to optimize resource allocation and capacity utilization. Monitor testing progress and proactively identify risks to committed release dates.

Coordinate activities related to method validations, method transfers, stability studies, and special projects. Support deviation investigations by providing planning and scheduling data as needed. Maintain planning tools, dashboards, and laboratory metrics. Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing laboratory efficiency and productivity.

Work closely with Manufacturing, QA, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and operational plans. Ensure compliance with GMP requirements, site procedures, Data Integrity principles, and company quality standards. Your Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.

Experience in planning, scheduling, supply chain, operations, or laboratory coordination. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent project management and prioritization abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English, both written and verbal.

Also Good to Have

  • Experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in Quality Control laboratories.
  • Familiarity with LIMS, Empower, Track. Wise, SAP, or similar systems.
  • Knowledge of GMP regulations and Data Integrity requirements.
