Home Health Nurse Preceptor (RN) Moosic, PA & Surrounding Counties We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to support and mentor new clinical staff while delivering high-quality, compassionate home health care. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary preceptor for new nursing staff, providing orientation, mentorship, guidance, and clinical education Support initiatives to improve quality of care, service delivery, staff performance, and departmental processes Conduct patient assessments and skilled nursing visits in accordance with physician orders and established care plans Educate patients, families, and caregivers on disease management and ongoing care needs Deliver courteous, accurate, and timely care to ensure an excellent patient experience Schedule Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Territory Travel required within Monroe, Pike, and Wayne Counties
