Job description
The Maintenance Sales Representative is responsible for developing new business and growing existing customer relationships through the sale of preventive maintenance agreements for commercial HVAC systems with the goal of driving long-term partnerships that improve system reliability, reduce operating costs, and optimize building performance.
The ideal candidate is a consultative seller who combines strong relationship-building skills with a working knowledge of mechanical systems and building operations.
