Job Title: Manager, Business Intelligence & Insights Job Description The Business Intelligence & Insights Manager is responsible for driving data-led decision-making across the organization. This role oversees the design and delivery of analytics, dashboards, and business insights to support strategic and operational goals.

The manager will lead and develop a team of analysts to ensure accurate reporting, actionable insights, and continuous improvement in business performance.

• Develop and execute the BI & Insights strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Partner with business leaders to understand priorities, identify opportunities, and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of BI Analysts and set clear goals, performance metrics, and development plans for team members.
• Design and maintain KPI frameworks, dashboards, and scorecards to track business performance. Utilize advanced analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product to understand analytical needs. Present key findings and actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Act as the bridge between technical data teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, DOMO, Power BI. Stay updated on emerging analytics technologies and methodologies. Location: MYS Kuala Lumpur
