We are seeking motivated Street Team Representatives to promote campaigns in high-traffic public areas and community locations.

Position Overview

As a Street Team Representative, you will be responsible for promoting brands in public spaces, engaging with people face-to-face, distributing promotional materials, and generating interest in campaigns, events, and offers. This is a fast-paced, people-facing role focused on outreach and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Promote brands, events, and campaigns in assigned locations. Engage with the public in high-traffic areas (streets, campuses, venues, etc.) Distribute flyers, samples, or promotional materials. Generate leads, sign-ups, or event attendance. Represent brands in a professional and positive manner. Encourage participation in promotions, contests, or campaigns.

Collect feedback and basic customer insights. Report daily activity and results to supervisors.

Requirements

Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching strangers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic and self-motivated personality. Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Experience Street marketing or canvassing experience. Sales, retail, or customer service experience. Event promotion or brand ambassador experience. Experience in lead generation or field marketing.
