Key Responsibilities

Deliver interactive, high-quality training sessions—on-site or virtual—based on project needs. Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and guide them toward skill mastery. Customize content and teaching methods to suit varied learning levels and styles. Keep training material aligned with the latest industry practices, tools, and trends.

Foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation. Offer post-training mentoring and ongoing learner support when required. Domains of Expertise Technical Areas (Preferred Expertise in One or More): Programming Languages: Java, Python, C / C++ Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Data Analysis, Data Science & Visualization Tools Networking, Cybersecurity, Cloud Technologies, or Software Development Frameworks Non-Technical Areas (Preferred Expertise in One or More): Soft Skills & Communication Personality Development & Leadership Time Management, Productivity & Workplace Effectiveness Team Building and Professional Etiquette What we are looking for?

Proven expertise or certifications in your domain of specialization. Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring (preferred but not mandatory). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt and deliver engaging learning experiences. Self-driven, organized, and comfortable with freelance, project-based engagements.

Location & Engagement Details Base Location: Andhra Pradesh (various cities and training centers). Mode: On-site delivery on assignment basis.
