Job Title: Senior Site Engineer (Civil) Location: Cochin (Kochi), Kerala Experience: 10–12 Years Salary: Up to ₹80,000 per month (Based on experience and expertise) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Site Engineer (Civil) to oversee construction site operations, ensure project execution as per quality standards, and lead site teams effectively.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and extensive experience in managing construction projects from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities. Ensure projects are completed within schedule, budget, and quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and clients. Monitor work progress and resolve technical issues at the site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources efficiently. Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications. Lead and mentor junior engineers and site supervisors.
Requirements
Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. 10–12 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and quality control. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple site activities independently.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools is preferred.
