Require a Freelance Loan Officers in Harare, Zimbabwe

• Market and promote the company's loan products to prospective clients.
• Identify and bring on board new clients.
• Engage loan applicants to understand and assess their financing needs.
• Gather and confirm all required loan application documentation.
• Explain loan terms, conditions, and repayment obligations to clients.
• Submit completed loan applications in a timely manner.
• Handle client questions promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to company policy and all relevant regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience marketing loan products.
• Good understanding of Salary-Based (SSB) Loans, Private Sector Loans, SME Loans, and Individual Loans.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A strong sales orientation and commitment to client service.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently towards targets.
