F&B Manager | Luxury Hotel | Umhlanga Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven F&B Manager for a luxury hotel in Umhlanga. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional with a proven track record in managing Food & Beverage operations within a luxury hotel environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving operational excellence, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring the achievement of financial and service objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure consistently high standards Lead, mentor and develop the F&B team to achieve operational excellence Manage staffing, scheduling and performance within the department Monitor and control departmental budgets, costs and stock levels Drive revenue growth through effective service and operational strategies Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations Work closely with the Executive Chef and other departments to enhance the guest experience Implement and maintain standard operating procedures Analyse financial performance and prepare operational reports Minimum Requirements Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a Food & Beverage management role within a luxury hotel Proven leadership and team management skills Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and costs Excellent guest relations and communication skills Sound knowledge of food safety and health regulations Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities Computer literacy and experience with hospitality management systems Stable employment history with contactable references Package Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience To Apply Please apply with your updated CV, contactable references and a recent head and shoulders photograph.
