Job description

Nextlink is seeking a talented Project Manager – Electrical for our client based in Anderlecht, Belgium. you are in charge of our electrical projects. You will manage planning, budget management, team coordination, and technical monitoring while guaranteeing quality, safety, and customer satisfactionYour Responsibilities Strategic Planning – Define key milestones, establish the schedule, and anticipate project needs.

Team Management – Mentor and motivate technical teams and subcontractors. Budget Monitoring – Ensure costs are controlled and resources are optimised. Stakeholder Coordination – Act as the key point of contact for clients, design offices, and other project stakeholders. Contingency Management – Find effective and appropriate solutions to technical challenges.

Quality and Safety – Ensure compliance with current standards and guarantee the excellence of electrical installations. This is a hybrid role — around one day a week on the client/project site, with the rest remote.

Requirements

the expertise and energy of a leader! Solid experience managing electrical engineering projects — typically around 5 years, ideally in the tertiary sector, or equivalent hands-on expertise. Technical Training – Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, or an equivalent qualification. Natural Leadership – You know how to unite, guide, and motivate a team.

Multi-project Management – You are organised and know how to juggle multiple priorities. Communication Skills – You interact confidently with clients, teams, and partners. Bilingual French or Dutch and communicate well in English. Proficiency with Tools – You are comfortable using MS Project, Caneco, and Revit.
