About Us

Key Responsibilities

Track and analyze sales credits, P&L, budgets, and forecasts. Prepare and distribute comprehensive performance reports for senior management. Continuously review and enhance sales processes (onboarding, execution, post-trade) to improve efficiency, reduce operational risk, and enhance the client experience. Represent the sales team's needs to the technology department (Da.

Xiang). Lead or assist in the rollout of new systems and tools (e.g., CRM, analytics platforms). Help implement and maintain a robust control framework. This includes managing daily/weekly control checks and producing management information (MI) to ensure the business operates within defined risk parameters.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a business management, COO office, or sales support role within a leading financial institution, preferably in Markets. Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools is a plus. Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with technology teams and business stakeholders.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong control mindset. Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
