Deliver a premium customer experience. Manage inbound and outbound calls to maximize service opportunities. Build long-term customer relationships through follow-up and support. Partner with the service team to provide a seamless customer experience from appointment scheduling to vehicle completion.

What You'll Bring

1+ year previous experience in customer service role. Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. Proficiency using dealership CRM systems. Organize workload and maintain productivity. Demonstrate accuracy, organization, and confidence using computer-based tools. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
