Assistant Community Manager PT - FOG

Under direct supervision of the Community Manager, the Assistant Community Manager is responsible for understanding all company policies and procedures and assisting the Community Manager in implementing such on the property. The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for effectively computing, classifying, and recording numerical data to keep financial records complete while assisting with leasing, marketing, and resident relations for the community.

The Assistant Community manager is expected to always exhibit professionalism, have excellent attendance and communication skills, and possess the ability to build lasting business relationships.
