** Maintenance Foreman **
jade owls is a fast-growing oil & gas operator built on integrity, grit, and cash flow. Since 2022, we’ve grown more than 65x and currently operate 13,500 BOPD across Northeast Wyoming and Oklahoma.
We’re looking for a Maintenance Foreman to lead and oversee field maintenance operations across our assets.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct daily work of maintenance technicians across assigned areas
- Plan, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance activities to maximize production uptime
- Make decisions on staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Participate in hiring, performance management, and disciplinary actions for maintenance staff
- Develop and implement maintenance processes, standards, and preventative maintenance programs
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate third-party services
- Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Partner with Operations leadership to align maintenance strategy with production goals
Qualifications
- 5+ years of oil & gas maintenance experience
- 2+ years of experience supervising or leading teams
- Strong understanding of production equipment and field operations
- Demonstrated ability to manage people, priorities, and performance
- Experience with hiring, coaching, and employee development
- Ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
Work Environment
- Outdoor field work in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Exposure to heavy equipment, chemicals, and H2S environments
