Job description
Leads daily operations of the NICU unit to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. Applies the nursing process, oversees staffing and workflow, and serves as a clinical and operational resource. Promotes interdisciplinary collaboration, supports policy development, and upholds the mission, values, and standards of Woman’s Hospital.
