Property Manager ====================== Summary ------------ We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

Responsibilities

------------------- Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including but not limited to: + Rent collection and accounting + Lease administration and renewal + Maintenance and repairs coordination + Resident relations and customer service + Compliance with company policies and procedures Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement Develop and implement strategies to increase resident satisfaction and retention Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective resolution of maintenance requests Prepare and present regular property reports to management, including financial and operational metrics Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement changes as necessary Requirements: ---------------- 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in a similar role High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.
