The Provider Recruitment Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting Monogram Health’s physician recruitment efforts by managing the interview coordination process from start to finish and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. As the operational backbone of the physician recruitment team, this role ensures every candidate interaction and interview is executed with precision, professionalism, and a concierge-level approach.
The role extends beyond logistics into active sourcing support, helping to identify and surface Physician and Advanced Practice Provider candidates to keep the recruitment pipeline moving.
