Leasing Agent I/COS (Kunia Village HSG and Kunia Village Phase II - 1279/1280)

Position is for a 20-hour part time Leasing Agent I/COS to work Kunia Village HSG and Kunia Village Phase II, an 82-unit affordable housing community in Kunia, HI. This is a Tax Credit and RD 514 property. Qualified candidates will have 1+ year of related apartment leasing experience and knowledge of affordable housing.

COS certification preferred. Salary range: $19.95 - $30.40 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $19.95 - $25.18per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
