Senior Manager Enterprise Risk & Insurance

The Arizona Cardinals are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk & Insurance to lead the organization's enterprise-wide risk management and insurance programs. This strategic individual contributor will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, financing, and mitigating risks across multiple business entities while partnering with executive leadership to protect the organization's assets and support long-term growth.

This role oversees all aspects of the organization's insurance portfolio, captive insurance company, contractual risk transfer, claims administration, construction risk management, and enterprise risk initiatives.
