Position Summary

As our Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth and nurturing existing client relationships. This role combines strategic planning, effective sales execution, and collaborative efforts with internal teams to boost the company's market presence. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, managing sales processes and campaigns, partnering on social marketing initiatives, and expanding client and partner relationships.

The role also involves overseeing RFP/RFI processes, negotiating deals, and staying informed about industry trends. The purpose of this role is to execute sales and business development efforts, including hunting, upselling, cross-selling, and acquiring new customers and partners to expand our Anywhere. Now Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) and CPaaS cloud solutions portfolio. You will leverage multiple acquisition strategies, including grassroots demand and lead generation, to bring in new logos and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting, generating, qualifying new business and nurturing leads Creating and driving effective end-to-end sales processes and campaigns internal workflow processes and tools are updated and continuously improved Partnering with the content and community teams on social marketing campaigns Managing and expanding client, partner, and prospect relationships Managing the RFP/RFI and contract development processes as well as negotiating and closing deals Keeping abreast of competitive intelligence and industry knowledge Growing overall sales through solicitation of new business using consultative sales, obtaining bookings from potential clients, completing professional bids and proposals, and attending client visits Competencies Required We select based on competencies over skills and experience.

g. Hub. Spot, Dynamics, Salesforce) and methods, such as social media, networking, and industry events Proven track record in generating new logos, plus upselling and cross-selling with existing logos At least 5 years of experience within a software company with a proven track record of selling disruptive software solutions Business modelling skills, developing business cases, and compelling value propositions Skilled in managing RFP/RFI processing, developing contracts, and negotiating terms Proven track record in creating and driving effective sales processes and campaigns Preferably: Experience within both a scale-up and a corporate environment Preferably also: Understanding of and experience with Microsoft Technology skills Information Security Responsibilities All employees are responsible for supporting and maintaining the organization’s information security standards.
