• Project Associate, LAP Program Saison Her Rise | Credit Saison India Page 1 Role & Responsibilities 1 Track Performance Metrics: Monitor day-to-day field sales activities like leads, application logins, and final closures to help the frontline team maintain steady business momentum. 2 Support Team Planning & Retention: Partner with the People & Culture team to track branch recruitment pipelines, monitor attrition trends, and help introduce supportive workplace initiatives to keep the field force stable and motivated. 3 Manage Engagement & Recognition: Help design and launch exciting sales contests, manage rewards programs to celebrate top performers, and create structured engagement calendars to help newly joined Graduate Trainees settle in comfortably. 4 Assist with Performance & Mapping: Support team members through structured, positive improvement plans and help manage smooth reporting transitions whenever branch boundaries change. 5 Coordinate Sales Pipelines: Work closely with internal teams to identify and resolve pending customer files, speeding up the overall loan disbursement process while supporting the adoption of secondary value-added products.

Qualifications

& Skills 1 Prior Experience: Experience in sales operations, team coordination, or support roles within banking, NBFCs, or retail lending is preferred but not mandatory. 2 Comfortable working with Data: Comfortable to learn using dashboards and performance data to help identify process delays. 3 Communication & Team Support: Good relationship-building and communication skills, with a supportive approach to motivating teams and keeping everyone on the same page.
