Laderach North America is seeking an HR Business Partner – West Coast to provide strategic and operational HR support across California, Washington, Oregon, and British Columbia, including future expansion across the West Coast.
This role reports directly to the Director of Human Resources and Development.
• Primary Support Region: California, Washington, Oregon, British Columbia • Future Scope: Additional West Coast locations as business expands • Work Location: Remote (home-based) supporting the System Support Office in Dallas • Candidate Requirement: Must reside within CA, WA, OR, or BC • Travel: Regular regional travel required for store visits and support
