We're Hiring | Lead Engineer – AI/ML (Generative AI & LLM) Join Neev Systems, a fast-growing IT Services & Consulting company, and lead the development of next-generation AI solutions using Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and Agentic AI. Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office – 5 Days) Experience: 8–12 Years CTC: Up to ₹30 LPA (Including 5% Variable Pay) Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Only Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM OR 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM Requirements Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with Python Extensive experience in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) Practical experience delivering enterprise GenAI projects Experience building RAG applications and AI chatbots Strong understanding of embeddings and vector databases Experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as Tensor.

Flow, scikit-learn, or similar Experience with AI model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines Experience with Agentic AI frameworks Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Strong understanding of AI architecture and enterprise AI solutions
