Maintenance Technician II - Juxt

Salary range: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour, plus potential bonus. Holland is seeking an effective maintenance professional with strong problem-solving and customer service skills, to join our dedicated, customer-focused team at our established community, Juxt in Seattle, Washington. The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to ensure all physical aspects of the property are maintained to meet company set standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality.
