Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician to join our growing team in the Repair and Maintenance Services industry. As an HVAC Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in HVAC systems including compressors, condensers, thermostats, duct work, and refrigeration units.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventive servicing to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.
• Install, repair, and replace HVAC components such as coils, fans, filters, valves, and refrigerant lines.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to guide installation and repair procedures.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal safety codes, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain system issues, recommend solutions, and provide service updates.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts used, and repairs performed using digital or paper-based systems.
• Safely handle and dispose of refrigerants in accordance with EPA Section 608 regulations and environmental best practices.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate service schedules, manage workloads, and support operational efficiency.

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification or associate degree in HVAC technology is highly preferred. - 1–3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC repair, installation, or maintenance in residential or commercial settings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field service visits.
• Knowledge of refrigeration principles, electrical systems, and HVAC controls.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools, testing equipment, and diagnostic software.
• Must hold a valid EPA Section 608 Refrigerant Handling Certification (Type I, II, or III).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Physical ability to lift to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and perform tasks in varying environmental conditions.
