Growing full service firm looking to add a talented Architect to their Atlanta office!
Responsibilities
-Project administration and construction administration -Point of contact for client -Meeting with local government entities to discuss requirements -Retail design, documentation and coordination -Architectural design and documentation of Retail ground up and tenant improvement type projects -Coordination within disciplines -Permitting research, planning and zoning -Building surveys and feasibility studies Requirements: -6 plus years experience in the field of commercial architecture with a focus on Retail projects.
-Bachelor's in Architecture, ability to become licensed. License preferred
- AutoCAD 2012 or 2013 proficient.
