Job description
The Pre-30 day collector is a customer service-oriented position. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with making outbound calls using an auto dialer to collect on accounts that are 1-30 days past due. Answer inbound customer service and collection calls. This position requires the candidate to have good negotiation and listening skills.
The Pre-30 day collector is able to effectively use good judgment based on their past experience to make suitable and timely payment plans with our customers. The employee will perform all duties in accordance to Westlake’s policies, procedures and compliance.
