The Wealth Consultant drives business development for Calamos Wealth Management by cultivating strategic relationships with custodial partners and converting referrals into new clients. This role focuses on generating revenue growth through custodial referral programs, particularly Fidelity, while building relationships with referral partners, prospects, and internal Wealth Advisors.

The position requires coordinating branch meetings, managing the prospect conversion process, and partnering with investment professionals and onboarding teams to ensure seamless client experiences from initial referral through conversion.
