Job Title: Process Engineer – Asset Integrity Management Department: Engineering Support Job Location: Saudi Arabia Interview Location: Singapore (Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend the interview in Singapore for a face-to-face interview.) Division: Asset Performance Management Business Line: Projects & Engineering Reporting To: Supervisor / Manager – Asset Integrity Management Job Purpose The Process Engineer is responsible for ensuring the integrity, reliability, and optimal performance of process systems through inspections, risk assessments, and reliability-focused strategies.
The role supports the safe and efficient operation of process facilities by implementing monitoring tools, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Process Operations & Compliance Implement and follow approved section policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. Ensure all activities are carried out in a controlled and compliant manner. Manage day-to-day operational tasks in line with company standards and procedures. 2. System Inspection & Evaluation Support inspections of process systems to assess integrity and functionality. Recommend and implement monitoring tools and technologies to identify potential issues or deviations. Conduct performance evaluations of process systems and recommend improvements. Collaborate with maintenance teams to resolve reliability issues and implement preventive measures. 3. Risk Assessment & Mitigation Perform risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential failure modes in process systems. Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and process safety standards. 4. Corrosion & Integrity Management Develop and implement corrosion management plans for process equipment. Coordinate with corrosion specialists to evaluate and mitigate corrosion-related risks. Assess lifecycle performance of process equipment and recommend improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering / Process Engineering or related field. Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical industry . Strong knowledge of asset integrity management, risk assessment, and process safety . Experience in process system inspection, reliability improvement, and corrosion management .
