Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across two nearby fabrication facilities operating on multiple shifts.
This leadership role is responsible for production, safety, quality, scheduling, equipment maintenance, shipping performance, and continuous process improvement while managing production supervisors and supporting a growing workforce.
