Job description
The Manager, Motion Solutions Branch Operations leads the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the branch/COE facility, with responsibility for operational execution, customer satisfaction, team leadership, and financial performance. This role partners closely with key stakeholders to prioritize work, resolve issues, and ensure the efficient, profitable delivery of high-quality value-add solutions and related services.
This role also oversees production performance, staffing, inventory, operating costs, policy and safety compliance, branch reporting, and continuous improvement efforts to support on time, on quality and profitable delivery as well as sustained branch growth.
