Job description
The National Programs Manager provides leadership and oversight for a government-funded national program, ensuring alignment with program objectives, contribution agreements, and organizational standards. The position supports program direction, policy development, and consistent program delivery across multiple YMCA associations while providing guidance to teams and stakeholders.
The National Programs Manager builds and maintains effective relationships with government representatives, community partners, and other key stakeholders to support program outcomes. Through collaboration with internal teams and external partners, the role contributes to the successful implementation and continuous improvement of programs that serve communities across Canada.
