Job description
The Plant Engineer is responsible for ensuring the mechanical integrity, reliability, and compliance of facilities and equipment throughout the mill. This position provides technical leadership and subject matter expertise to support maintenance, engineering, and operations teams while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, building codes, and environmental requirements.
The Plant Engineer plays a key role in risk mitigation, continuous improvement, equipment reliability, and safe operations across the facility.
