Waiter / Waitress - Qatar & Kuwait

We are hiring experienced Waiter / Waitress for a reputed restaurant group in Qatar & Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist them with seating arrangements
• Present menus and explain menu items, specials, and promotions
• Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar teams
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant service standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to customer needs promptly
• Handle guest complaints professionally and inform supervisors when required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining tables and service stations
• Clear and reset tables efficiently for the next guests
• Process bills and handle payments accurately when required
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
• Follow hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in restaurants, cafés, or hospitality industry preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
• Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage
• Ability to stand and walk for extended hours
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
