Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist - CCBHC

The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist will assist individuals to overcome behavioral health barriers that interfere with their ability to function independently. This position works with the care team to identify services needed to improve self-management of and reduce relapse to substance use, the negative effects of psychiatric, or emotional symptoms, that interfere with daily living skills.

This is a full-time position from Monday-Friday.
