We’re looking for an experienced Asset Manager to lead the performance and strategy of a diverse real estate portfolio. This is a hands-on role focused on value creation, operational oversight, and execution across assets including retail, office, industrial, and residential. The Role: Drive asset-level business plans to enhance value and returns Oversee leasing, capex, and third-party partners Monitor financial performance and KPIs Prepare reporting, valuations, and hold/sell analyses Support restructuring and special situations as needed Requirements: 5–10 years’ experience in real estate asset management or investments Strong modeling and analytical skills (Excel, Argus) Proven ability to manage external partners Experience with value-add or opportunistic assets a plus Comfortable with complexity and fast-paced environments To discuss this opportunity in confidence please contact Diarmuid Clancy via dclancy@elevatepartners.
