Summary: The Academy & Student Success Associate is a vital role within Orange Seed Academy, responsible for ensuring a seamless, engaging, and supportive student journey from onboarding to graduation. This position plays a key part in driving student retention, enhancing engagement across digital platforms, and supporting the academy’s mission to empower youth through accessible, high-quality digital education.
By coordinating academic operations, fostering community connections, and collaborating with partners, the Associate contributes directly to the growth of a vibrant, inclusive learning ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a passion for education and youth development, equipped with strong organizational and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end student onboarding, including orientation, platform access setup, and welcome communications. Serve as the primary point of contact for student inquiries via email, Discord, and the Student Portal, ensuring timely and empathetic responses. Monitor and track student engagement across learning platforms, identifying at-risk learners and initiating proactive support.
Coordinate academic administration, including attendance tracking, assignment deadlines, and course completion monitoring. Collaborate with instructors and program leads to ensure smooth delivery of course content and timely feedback cycles. Gather and analyze student feedback, testimonials, and performance data to inform curriculum improvements and program enhancements.
Support partnership initiatives by maintaining relationships with educational institutions, corporate sponsors, and talent pipeline collaborators. Maintain accurate records in databases and project management tools (e.g., Click. Up, Google Workspace) to support operational transparency.
