This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on couple with strong hospitality management experience and a passion for luxury service, guest interaction, and island living.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full daily operation of the private villas Deliver exceptional personalised guest experiences Manage housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and guest services Lead, train, and motivate the villa team Coordinate guest activities, excursions, and special requests Manage stock control, ordering, and operational administration Ensure high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service delivery Maintain smooth communication between departments and guests Support operational planning and problem-solving in a remote environment Requirements: Previous experience in luxury lodge, villa, or boutique hospitality management Strong guest relations and leadership skills Hands-on and adaptable management style Excellent organisational and communication abilities Ability to work in a remote island/coastal environment One partner must have marine knowledge and hold a Skipper’s Licence or be in the process of obtaining one Strong operational and team management skills Professional presentation and positive attitude Ideal Candidate: A passionate hospitality couple who thrive in a luxury remote environment and can create unforgettable guest experiences while managing all aspects of villa operations.
